Job Summary
Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, Inc., a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities, is looking for full-time Federally ClearedGreen Cleaning Technicians/Custodians to perform cleaning and janitorial services that exceed quality control standards.
Minimum Requirements:
· An active TS/SCI with polygraph
· Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation
· A track record of arriving to work on time each and every day with a great attitude
· Commitment to adherence to safety policies and procedures
· Desire to provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers
· Ability to understand oral and written instructions
· Some who takes great pride in their work!
Job duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
· High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing all surfaces to free them of dirt, smudges, and markings
· Floor care to include washing, vacuuming, dust mopping, sweeping, spray cleaning
· Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets and sinks
· Emptying waste containers and other trash
· Other cleaning assignments as needed to wow our customers
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience performing custodial work
· Knowledge of cleaning products and services
· Ability to operate cleaning machines such as buffers, scrubbers, vacuums
Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis:
· Walking and standing
· Climbing
· Bending forward
· Wearing hip/backpack vacuum
· Reaching, grasping, pushing and pulling
· Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder
· Respective bending and arm movements
