Location: Duluth
Pay: $63.76/hr
Duration: 6 months

Job description

The Commercial Data Change Manager will lead cross-functional commercial data and operational initiatives that span multiple business workstreams. This role is responsible for coordinating data-driven change efforts across Commercial Excellence, Data Governance, Customer Master Data, and related business functions to improve operational efficiency and customer-impacting processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead commercial data change initiatives involving multiple business units and data domains.
  • Coordinate execution activities with Data Governance Leads, Data Domain Owners, Product Managers, and Customer Master Data teams.
  • Drive operational issue resolution through root cause analysis and corrective action management.
  • Develop and manage project plans, task tracking, milestone execution, and escalation management.
  • Facilitate governance meetings with structured agendas, action tracking, and progress reporting.
  • Align initiatives with Commercial Data Working Group priorities and enterprise data governance objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize commercial data workflows and operational processes impacting customer and internal business operations.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to operational effectiveness, data quality, and initiative performance.
