What You'll Do as a Commercial Driver:

As a Commercial Driver, you will:

• Safely operate passenger transportation vehicles on assigned routes and service schedules
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to all passengers
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and luggage when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle at all times
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams regarding route updates, delays, and service needs
• Complete trip reports, inspection forms, and required documentation accurately
• Report vehicle maintenance concerns promptly to fleet personnel
• Support special transportation assignments and operational needs as required

What We're Looking for as a Commercial Driver:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience operating commercial vehicles, passenger transportation vehicles, shuttle buses, or similar equipment preferred
• Strong commitment to safety and defensive driving practices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
• Reliable, customer-focused, and team-oriented mindset

Required Qualifications of a Commercial Driver:

• Valid CDL License required
• Passenger Endorsement preferred
• State Inspection License preferred
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and meet all applicable driving requirements
• Clean driving record and strong safety history preferred
