- Conduct accurate and thorough project estimations for drywall projects
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Analyze and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Prepare comprehensive bids, ensuring competitiveness and profitability
- Stay updated on industry trends, costs, and materials
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in drywall
- Proficient in estimating software and tools
- Strong knowledge of drywall construction processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple estimates concurrently
