Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial drywall projects • Utilize On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid software to develop accurate bids • Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and key clients • Review construction documents, specifications, and addenda • Participate in bid day activities and post-bid negotiations • Collaborate with project management team to ensure smooth project transitions

Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of commercial drywall estimating experience • Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid software • Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Proven track record of successful project acquisitions • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Bay Area offices
