We’re representing a top-tier drywall contractor in the Orlando area that’s looking to bring on a talented, experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator. This is a dual-role position where your expertise in both project execution and accurate estimating will make a real impact. If you’re ready to lead commercial drywall projects from bid to closeout, this is your opportunity to shine.
Manage commercial drywall projects from pre-construction to closeout
Prepare precise estimates, takeoffs, and bid packages
Coordinate with GCs, architects, and field crews for smooth execution
Track budgets, schedules, RFIs, and change orders
Leverage tools like On-Screen Takeoff to streamline your workflow
Drive team performance and ensure high-quality results
5+ years of experience in commercial drywall project management and/or estimating
Strong proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (required)
Deep understanding of construction sequencing and Division 9 scope
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
