Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead on-site crews and manage commercial electrical projects. This role reports directly to the Project Manager and ensures projects stay on schedule, within budget, and up to safety codes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years running commercial projects valued at $500k+
  • Active EE-98J license
  • Knowledge and application of the National Electrical Code 
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to travel throughout New Mexico and surrounding states
Core Responsibilities:
  • Read blueprints and develop a project timeline
  • Follow schedules, order materials in advance, and maximize crew productivity
  • Draft daily project status reports and attend weekly project meetings
  • Communicate effectively with other trades on-site to ensure smooth workflow
  • Supervise, mentor, and lead an electrical crew of up to 8 people
