BLVD Electric Inc. is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead our crews on exciting projects across San Diego, CA. Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct commercial electrical crews on job sites to ensure safe and efficient project execution
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specifications
Coordinate daily workflow, material procurement, and scheduling to keep projects on track
Ensure all work meets NEC code requirements, local regulations, and company quality standards
Perform and oversee installation of conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and lighting systems
Communicate progress, issues, and updates to project managers and stakeholders
Enforce job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance at all times
Mentor and train apprentices and journeymen electricians
Requirements:
Valid California Journeyman Electrician License required
5+ years of commercial electrical experience, with at least 1-2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and California electrical standards
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
Experience with commercial systems including conduit bending, panel installations, and low-voltage wiring
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
