POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Commercial Electrical Foremen

Pay Rate: $25 - $40

Location: Miami Lakes, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Supervise underground electrical work for lift stations and infrastructure projects
• Install PVC conduit, sweeps, stub-ups, and duct-bank systems
• Verify routing and depths before backfill in coordination with excavation crews
• Manage grounding, bonding, pull boxes, handholes, and feeders
• Install panels, transformers, switchgear, generators, and ATS units
• Read plans and specifications, identifying issues prior to conduit cover

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 10 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Proven experience supervising underground electrical work in commercial or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards and safety procedures
• Reliable transportation and own tools/PPE required
• Ability to work independently and lead a crew effectively
