Insight Global is looking for a Commercial Escrow/Title Assistant will provide highlevel support to a highvolume commercial escrow desk, assisting with complex commercial real estate transactions from file opening through closing. This role is ideal for a detailoriented professional with a strictly commercial background who thrives in a fastpaced, productiondriven environment. This position will be on-site 5 days a week in Downtown Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Commercial Escrow Officer throughout the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, from opening to close.
Prepare and review commercial closing statements and assist with settlement coordination.
Review, organize, and track title commitments, title requirements, and related commercial documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, attorneys, and external stakeholders to ensure timely closings.
Maintain accurate, compliant files in accordance with California commercial title insurance regulations.
Manage multiple commercial files simultaneously in a structured, highvolume workflow.
Ensure all escrow activities meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of dedicated California Commercial escrow/title experience.
Proven ability to manage a steady pipeline of commercial files in a productionfocused environment.
Proficiency with escrow software systems.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and followthrough.
Experience working within structured, processdriven escrow operations.
