This is a full-time hybrid role located in Miami, FL, for a Commercial Escrow Officer. The primary responsibilities include managing commercial real estate transactions, facilitating escrow processes, coordinating closings, and collaborating with underwriters. This role requires a strong command of settlement preparation, title review, and closing execution to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee commercial real estate escrow transactions from opening through closingPrepare and review settlement statements and closing packagesCoordinate all aspects of closings, including scheduling, document execution, and disbursement of fundsConduct detailed title review and work closely with underwriters to resolve title issuesEnsure compliance with title insurance regulations, company policies, and state requirementsMaintain accurate and organized transaction files and documentationCommunicate effectively with clients, lenders, attorneys, brokers, and other stakeholdersDeliver a high level of customer service throughout the transaction lifecycleRequired QualificationsProven experience handling commercial real estate closings and settlementsStrong expertise in settlement preparation and closing executionMinimum 3+ years of title review experienceIn-depth knowledge of escrow processes and commercial transactionsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with SoftPro or similar title/escrow softwareExperience handling vacant land transactionsExperience working with land developers and development-related transactionsCore CompetenciesAbility to work independently in a hybrid environmentStrong problem-solving skills and sound judgmentHigh level of professionalism and client service orientationEffective time management and organizational skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
