We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer for an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing national title company that is expanding its presence in the Dallas market.

This is a unique opportunity to become one of the foundational members of a new Texas office while supporting an established national operation that conducts commercial transactions in more than 30 states. What You'll Be Working On

This role will support complex commercial real estate closings, including a flagship portfolio valued at approximately $158 million, along with a steady pipeline of transactions typically ranging from $30 million to $40 million, and occasional transactions in the $5 million to $10 million range.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial escrow transactions from opening through funding and closing.
• Review contracts, title commitments, surveys, lender instructions, and closing documents.
• Prepare and review Closing Statements, settlement documents, and escrow instructions.
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, buyers, sellers, investors, brokers, and internal teams throughout the closing process.
• Balance files and verify all financial information prior to funding.
• Facilitate funding, disbursement, and recording of commercial transactions.
• Resolve title and escrow issues while ensuring all closing conditions have been satisfied.
• Maintain compliance with underwriting guidelines, state regulations, and company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple complex transactions simultaneously.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of Commercial Escrow Officer experience
• Proven experience handling commercial real estate closings from start to finish
• Experience with high-value commercial transactions
• Strong understanding of escrow procedures, title commitments, closing statements, and commercial documentation
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions while meeting deadlines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating with a national team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with national commercial transactions
• Experience coordinating multi-state closings
• Familiarity with institutional lenders, developers, investment firms, or commercial real estate attorneys

Schedule & Location

• Location: Dallas, TX or Fort Worth
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (significant remote flexibility with the ability to work from the Dallas or Fort Worth office as needed)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time

Pay Range: $125-$150K

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
