Bhojani Law, PLLC is seeking an experienced escrow officer to join our growing title company office in Irving, Texas. We are an established fee attorney office for Alamo Title with a steady demand from trusted clients.The ideal escrow officer will have significant experience (3+ years) handling commercial and residential title work and closings. The candidate will be entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and will possess exceptional organizational skills.ESCROW OFFICER PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee residential and commercial title closings from beginning to endSupervise the preparation and delivery of all necessary escrow and closing‑related documentsReview contract, title commitment, and lender instructions in order to prepare settlement statements and the necessary real estate documents for closingSubmit settlement statement to lender for approvalPrepare the closing file for the disbursement department according to the company disbursement guidelinesResolve all post‑closing reconciliation issues including company reports and according to company time framesJOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree is a plus.3+ years of commercial and residential closing experienceComplete knowledge and ability to handle a commercial and residential real estate transaction from the receipt of the contract through funding and disbursementNatural attention to detail and ability to organize and executeHigh level multi‑tasking and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environmentFamiliarity with MS OfficeBook of business is a plusCandidate must have an active Escrow Officer License in Texas.#J-18808-Ljbffr
