Commercial Estimator - HVAC Sales
Pay: $95,000 - $110,000 Base Salary, depending on experience + performance bonuses
Work Schedule: Full Time | Monday through Friday

We are a team-oriented commercial HVAC contractor specializing in design-build and plan/spec construction. We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial HVAC Sales / Estimator to help expand our relationships with General Contractors and support our continued growth in the Puget Sound region.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial general contractors
- Attend pre-bid meetings, networking events, and industry functions to support business development efforts
- Identify, pursue, and help secure new project opportunities
- Review plans, specifications, and design-build concepts to support accurate estimating and planning
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive project proposals
- Develop project budgets, cost breakdowns, and supporting estimate documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain and validate pricing
- Identify scope gaps, project risks, and value engineering opportunities to improve outcomes
- Support engineering and project management teams during the preconstruction phase
- Assist in ensuring a smooth handoff from estimating to operations/project execution
- Maintain ongoing communication with GC partners throughout the full project lifecycle
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating and/or sales experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems and applicable mechanical codes
- Experience working with commercial general contractors
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, workflows, and project processes
- Excellent communication skills with a professional presence in client-facing environments
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software tools
