Commercial Excellence Coordinator

US Commercial Pricing and Contracts Coordinator

Role Summary:

  • The Pricing and Contracts Coordinator supports pricing and contracting activities for spinal implant and biologics product portfolios. This role provides operational and administrative support to ensure accurate pricing implementation, compliant contract administration, and timely execution of customer agreements across hospitals, IDNs, ASCs, and GPOs.
  • The position partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to support complex healthcare pricing structures while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Role Purpose:

  • Support accurate pricing implementation and compliant contract administration for spinal implant and biologics portfolios
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to support complex healthcare pricing structures and contract execution
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, healthcare contracting regulations, and audit requirements
  • Enable Sales teams to focus on revenue generation by managing pricing operations, contract tracking, and cross-functional coordination

Responsibilities:

  • Support preparation, coordination, and administration of customer pricing agreements; maintain pricing setup and updates in ERP/CRM systems including list pricing, discounts, tiered and consignment pricing
  • Validate pricing requests for accuracy, margin considerations, and contract compliance; maintain executed contracts and documentation in CLM systems; track contract statuses, expirations, and renewals
  • Serve as primary support contact for Sales and Regional Managers; coordinate contract approvals with Legal, Finance, and Sales leadership; communicate pricing changes and contract terms to stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support including report preparation, tracker maintenance, audit documentation, routine reporting on pricing accuracy and contract utilization, and onboarding guidance for new Sales team members
  • Support adherence to internal pricing policies and healthcare compliance requirements including GPO participation, Sunshine Act considerations, biologics tracking, and regulatory audit documentation
