About the Role

As a CBRE Electrician you will inspect repair and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment throughout assigned facilities focusing on system reliability safety and operational continuity in highly regulated spaces. The position plays a key part in keeping critical scientific and production operations running smoothly by maintaining the infrastructure these environments depend on.

This first shift Monday-Friday role supports a pharmaceutical client by ensuring reliable compliant and uninterrupted electrical services across research laboratory stability storage and pilot plant environments.

What Youll Do

Oversee electrical and lighting systems general operation repair and maintenance.

Perform new installations of equipment.

Check repair and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. This includes valves motors controls switches gauges wiring fans pumps compressors condensers cores and pipes.

Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner.

Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection testing and preventive maintenance schedules.

Operate electrical test equipment-including voltohm meters amp probes power analyzers and insulation testers-while following established testing procedures and accurately documenting all results.

Maintain and repair electrical and electronic controls on complex systems including HVAC equipment variable speed controllers lighting systems and process equipment.

Complete all regulatory training prior to conducting work.

Perform all work activities utilizing the appropriate procedures to include GMPGLP organizations department or local requirements.

Perform all work utilizing the appropriate environmental regulations and policies.

Complete appropriate documentation associated with maintenance activities.

Manage individual ITP to ensure compliance.
