Commercial Fence Foreman

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Commercial Fence Foreman at Colonial Fence Co. in Wrentham, MA. As a Commercial Fence Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial fencing projects, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of fence installers in the construction of commercial fences
• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials and labor requirements
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and improve overall performance

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in commercial fence installation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of different types of fencing materials and installation techniques
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
