Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Commercial Fence Scheduler to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. This is a administrative position that will schedule jobs for our Commercial department. Job duties to include, but are not limited to: - Maintain commercial fence schedule spreadsheet
- Contact customers to coordinate installation timing
- Track and respond to incoming scheduling requests
- Coordination between sales and installation regarding schedules
- Track project schedule and progress across multiple projects
- Utilizing Salesforce for all aspects of project
Minimum Qualifications: - 7+ years of commercial construction industry experience
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm Compensation: - The minimum compensation for this position is $27.00 per hour.
- The maximum compensation for this position is $31.00 per hour.
