• 4+ years of banking and commercial finance experience

• Excellent drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

• The ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions simultaneously

• Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Active New York bar admission
