 Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst, Americas to serve as the primary finance partner to Americas Sales leadership. This role validates business cases and reports out to members of the C-Suite for commercial initiatives, driving profitable growth through pricing discipline, deal support, promotion evaluations, profitability enhancement initiatives, and forward-looking forecasting.

This role connects marketing initiatives to sales outcomes, measuring all aspects of proposed and actual business cases. It also supports Engineering and New Product Development by tracking investments and returns for these groups.

You operate as a dedicated but independent partner to Sales leadership and are fully embedded in commercial decision-making rather than reacting after the fact. You balance growth ambitions with rigorous profitability discipline and bring strong business judgment to every engagement.

What You'll Do

Commercial Partnership

  •        Act as the dedicated but independent finance partner to Americas Sales leadershipSupport revenue growth with clear trade-offs on margin, pricing, and deal structure
  •        Ensure finance is embedded in commercial decision-making (not retrospective)

    P&L Support & Reporting

    Build, report on, and support the end-to-end commercial P&L for the Americas
  •        Drive gross margin improvement by channel (dealer, retail)Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders as the guide, counselor, and coach on SG&A spend across the region

    Pricing & Deal Governance

  •        Support the team in driving customer profitability improvementDrive pricing and governance frameworks within guidelines established by the CEO, CFO, and CCO
  •        Lead deal desk support for non-standard or large commercial dealsEnsure disciplined discounting and margin protection

    Forecasting

  •        Deliver rolling 12-month revenue and margin forecastsDrive forecast accuracy and transparency of risks and opportunities
  •        Build strong bottoms-up visibility from sales pipelines

    Requirements

    What You Bring

    Required

    3-5 years in commercial finance, FP&A, pricing, or deal desk
  •        Strong experience partnering directly with Sales leadersProven track record influencing pricing and deal outcomes
  •        Comfortable operating in high-autonomy, single-threaded ownership rolesStrong business judgment — able to balance growth vs. profitability
  •        Strong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
  •        Highly proficient with Excel; including use of macros and pivot tablesStrong presentation skills
  •        Proficient at harvesting and manipulating data from ERPs and data warehouses

    Preferred

    Experience across US, Mexico, and Canada
  •        Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or global manufacturing environment

    Where You'll Work
