Commercial Fire Alarm Technician (NJ Region)

Key Responsibilities:
Install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial fire alarm systems in compliance with NFPA 72 and local codes
Diagnose and repair fire alarm panels, devices, and notification systems
Complete detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation
Provide excellent customer service while supporting occasional residential system work (training provided)
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of commercial fire alarm technician experience
Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire alarm system troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Honeywell Vista, Fire-Lite, and Silent Knight systems
Valid driver"s license with clean record and ability to read technical diagrams
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience with additional fire alarm or security system manufacturers
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong attention to detail
Pay: $35-45/hour
