Commercial Fleet Service Manager - Ford Westborough

Salary Range $130-150K comprised of base + commission

As a Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Manager who will help us redefine the car-buying/service experience.The Service Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and coordinating resolution of customer conflicts in a manner that does not unduly compromise the customer's interest, while maintaining appropriate attention to department profits. He or she is also responsible for recruiting, supervising and training of the team members. The position also requires the ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with all dealership personnel, members of his/her team, and other employees in the department. Periodic, effective performance evaluations of all department personnel are required

Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle informationActively promote and build rapport with the customerAdvise customers on the care and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specificationsGenerate and provide customer with a complete and accurate estimate of repairEstablish and communicate completion time of repair with customer and technicianAnswer incoming service callsMaintain and schedule service appointmentsFollow prescribed procedures for customer post follow-up resulting in return visits, increased sales and admirable CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)Strictly follow the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and proceduresConduct business in an honest manner that maintains the manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above Asbury's specified goal(s) in service for district, regional and national scoresComply with all federal, state and local laws, and company policy, regarding the safeguarding all customer, company and manufacturer information, as well as customers vehicle and propertyMust be able to manage in a fast paced work environment with limited supervisionMust have great customer service, phone and computer skillsPrevious automotive service experience requiredMust be a minimum of eighteen years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
