A commercial flooring and acoustical ceiling contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects with a strong focus on commercial flooring operations. This role will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout while coordinating field teams, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and client communication across active jobsites.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial flooring and specialty construction projects from kickoff through project completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, field supervisors, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors across active jobsites
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and overall project execution
- Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and construction documents to ensure successful delivery
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation
- Track project schedules, budgets, labor, and profitability while proactively addressing issues that impact production or timelines
- Lead project meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations
- Support project closeout activities including punch lists, final documentation, and customer follow-up



Commercial Flooring Project Manager Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience managing commercial flooring projects
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Experience managing construction scheduling, coordinating with subcontractors, and overall project execution
