COMMERCIAL FOREMAN - PLUMBING COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work Monday through Friday, with occasional required overtime to meet construction deadlines
• Plan daily jobsite activities, strategically delegate tasks, and supervise your crew to ensure they follow all safety standards and quality expectations
• Ensure installations follow blueprints, specifications, technical plans, and local codes/regulations
• Step in as needed to solve problems and remove obstacles that could disrupt progress
• Communicate with contractors, engineers, inspectors, project managers, and professionals from other trades to support efficiency and productivity
• Mentor apprentices and junior plumbers to help them develop their skills
• Keep track of job materials, equipment, and resources
• Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work area

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR COMMERCIAL FOREMAN - PLUMBING COORDINATOR:

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Solid knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and codes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew and delegate tasks
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Physical ability to regularly stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, lift 50+ pounds, and work in active construction environments (trenches, mechanical rooms, and elevated areas)
