Chapa Service Company is a fast-growing commercial HVAC provider serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We are currently seeking an experienced Duct Installer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to contribute to a company that values teamwork, safety, and growth.


The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in HVAC or commercial construction and a strong background in sheet metal installation and ductwork systems.


Position Overview


As a Duct Installer, you will be responsible for installing, modifying, and supporting commercial duct systems on job sites throughout the DFW area. This is a full-time, field-based position reporting out of our Garland, TX office.


Key Responsibilities


  • Install and hang all types of ductwork including spiral, TDC, Ductmate, and related systems
  • Install shop-fabricated ductwork for commercial and industrial new construction projects
  • Perform field fabrication and modifications as needed
  • Apply sheet metal knowledge in heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems
  • Follow blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate installation
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and job site protocols
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers and team members to meet deadlines
Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC or commercial construction experience (required)
  • Strong sheet metal skills and understanding of duct systems
  • Knowledge of construction processes and job site safety standards
  • Experience in testing, balancing, adjusting, and servicing HVAC systems (preferred)
  • EPA Type II Certification (preferred)
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday
