NOW HIRING: Commercial HVAC Foreman
San Antonio, TX
We're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead piping crews on commercial mechanical construction projects throughout the San Antonio area.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial HVAC piping crews
- Install DX refrigerant, chilled water, and hydronic piping systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers and field personnel
- Oversee pressure testing, system startup, and commissioning
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements
- Mentor apprentices and HVAC pipefitters
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC piping experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Foreman or Crew Lead
- Experience with chillers, boilers, pumps, and commercial HVAC systems
- Proficient in brazing and welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Valid driver's license
