Compensation:
$25 - $45 hourly
Responsibilities:
Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals for commercial HVAC projects
Coordinate scheduling and communication with field technicians
Maintain project updates and customer communication through CRM software
Review project specifications, labor, and material requirements
Support sales and operations teams with technical and administrative tasks
Ensure accurate pricing and timely follow-up with customers
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Qualifications:
Experience in preparing estimates, quotes, and proposals for commercial HVAC projects.
Ability to coordinate effectively with field technicians and manage scheduling.
Proficiency in using CRM software to maintain project updates and customer communication.
Strong understanding of project specifications, labor, and material requirements.
Proven track record of supporting sales and operations teams with technical and administrative tasks.
Ability to ensure accurate pricing and timely follow-up with customers.
