About the Role
Absolute Jobs is partnering with a leading HVAC company in Miami, FL to add an experienced Commercial HVAC technician who excels at maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of systems in commercial environments. You’ll work across single systems, RTUs, and EMS-driven controls to keep customer sites running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Perform maintenance, diagnostic assessments, and repairs on Commercial HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and service rooftop units (RTUs) and single systems; interface with EMS where applicable.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support customer uptime.
Communicate effectively with store personnel to coordinate access, updates, and sign-offs.
What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of Commercial HVAC field experience.
Knowledge of single systems and RTUs; familiarity with EMS is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving approach.
Clear, professional communication skills for customer-facing work.
EPA Universal Certified.
Physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
