What you will do
Supervise and execute commercial HVAC installations, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs.
Diagnose and correct faults involving boiler plants, chiller systems, cooling towers, and rooftop units (RTUs).
Implement maintenance schedules and verify quality control on all service activities.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, local building codes, and safety protocols.
Coach and mentor junior technicians; lead on‑the‑job training and troubleshooting sessions.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to streamline scope, schedule, and outcomes.
Complete accurate service records, documentation, and customer reporting.
Respond to urgent service calls and manage swift, lasting resolutions.
Identify upgrade opportunities and present energy‑efficient recommendations.
What you bring
10+ years of commercial HVAC experience with emphasis on boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
Advanced understanding of commercial systems, components, and controls.
