Requirements for Commercial HVAC Install Service Technician:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certificate or obtain within 6 months of employment
- Excellent proficiency in all HVAC functional design
- Excellent understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and repair of all commercial and light residential systems, along with an excellent understanding of low-temp refrigeration equipment
- Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
- Exceptional Knowledge of all HVAC low-voltage systems
- Strong experience Install/service HVAC equipment
Desired Qualifications for Commercial HVAC Install Service Technician:
- EPA universal certification
- Strong commercial rough-in experience.
- Strong proven diagnostic experience.
- 9+ years of HVAC Installation experience.
- Desire to train others
- Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
