Commercial HVAC Installer Foreman

We are seeking a Foreman level Commercial HVAC Installer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead installations in commercial buildings and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in split systems, package units, and VRV/VRF systems, with strong skills in plan reading and material takeoffs. You will lead a team of installers and report directly to the Site Superintendent, utilizing Procore software to manage projects efficiently. Occasional travel between sites is expected. This role offers opportunities for skill development, mentoring, and advancement to Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC systems including split, package, and VRV/VRF units
• Read and interpret plans to ensure accurate system installation
• Generate material takeoffs to support project planning and procurement
• Supervise and lead a team of HVAC installers on-site
• Diagnose and resolve installation and system operation issues
• Coordinate project activities and communicate with site superintendent
• Utilize Procore software for project management and documentation
• Travel occasionally between project sites as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training or certification in HVAC technology
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems including split, package, and VRV/VRF units
• Proficient in blueprint reading and material takeoffs
• Project management skills and experience with Procore software
• Demonstrated team leadership and effective communication skills
