You'll be responsible for driving projects forward and ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site.Lead commercial HVAC installs from kickoff through final completionInstall equipment, duct systems, and related components to specInterpret plans, drawings, and submittals to guide executionCoordinate with project managers, GCs, and internal teamsPlan labor needs and communicate with leadership weeklyBuild material lists and support fabricationRun jobsite safety meetings and maintain complianceKeep projects on track with daily reporting and updatesMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesWhat You BringStrong blueprint and spec reading abilitySolid background in commercial HVAC installation (ductwork + equipment)Experience leading crews or running projects in the fieldAbility to juggle multiple priorities without losing qualityClear communication and strong organization skillsValid driver's license with a clean recordPhysical DemandsAbility to lift up to 100 lbsFrequent standing, walking, climbing, and working at heightsComfortable working in tight or confined spaces when neededCapable of handling tools and equipment safely throughout the dayWhy This Role Stands OutIf you're tired of being "just another installer" and want real ownership over your projects, this role gives you that.
