Comfort Temp Heating, Air & Plumbing has served Florida since 1985. We need an experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to run installs in Gainesville. If you can lead a job from staging to start-up and do it right the first time, we want to talk to you this week.

What You''ll Do

• Lead commercial HVAC and refrigeration installations, working on your own or running a small crew
• Install heating, AC, ventilation and refrigeration equipment to company standards and manufacturer specs
• Design, fabricate and install ductwork and fittings
• Do system start-ups and limited diagnostics during installation
• Manage delivery, staging and removal of equipment and materials
• Keep customers updated on progress and explain how their system works
• Pass replacement and upgrade leads to the Lead Coordinator
• Keep your vehicle, tools and stock clean, organized and accounted for
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time, and collect payment when required
• Pitch in on other site work as needed, from demolition to general construction

What You Bring

• Proven experience installing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of commercial duct systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver''s license and a clean driving record
• Professional communication with customers and coworkers
• Organized and detail-oriented on the jobsite
• Availability for overtime, nights and weekends when the workload calls for it
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders and use power tools safely
