Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to help grow an expanding HVAC and Plumbing Service Division throughout the DMV market. This individual will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and generating revenue through Preventative Maintenance Agreements, Service and Repair opportunities, Equipment Replacements, and Installation projects.

This is a Consultative Sales role for someone who understands Commercial Mechanical systems and can evaluate Customer needs, develop scopes and pricing, prepare proposals, and close business. The position offers a competitive base salary plus commission/performance-based earning potential.

MUST HAVE
* 3+ years of Commercial HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Facility Services Sales experience
* Experience developing, bidding, and selling Preventative Maintenance/Service Agreements
* Ability to identify and scope Commercial repair, replacement, and installation opportunities
* Experience preparing Estimates, Proposals, and Pricing for Customers
* Proven ability to develop New Business while growing existing Customer accounts
* Strong Customer Relationship, Communication, Negotiation, and Follow-up skills

NICE TO HAVE
* Experience Selling both Commercial HVAC and Plumbing services
* Existing relationships with Property Managers, Facility Managers, Building Owners, or Commercial/Multifamily customers
* Working knowledge of Commercial HVAC equipment and Mechanical systems
* Established network within the DMV Commercial Property or Facilities market
