Develop project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools for timely delivery.
Manage project execution, including procurement, subcontractor coordination, and site supervision.
Oversee site activities to ensure safety, quality, and timeline adherence.
Track progress, change orders, and documentation with construction management software.
Estimate material quantities and labor from blueprints and schematics.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and verify compliance.
Foster team communication for smooth project flow.
Handle contracts, change orders, and procurement with detailed records.
Technical Skills:
Proven commercial HVAC estimating and project management experience.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or P3 for scheduling.
