WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A COMMERCIAL HVAC PROJECT MANAGER?
This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule designed to support productivity and work-life balance.
In this project management role, you'll start your day reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents before preparing accurate, competitive estimates that set projects up for success; you'll manage commercial HVAC projects from bid award through completion, coordinate with operations, service, and installation teams, track budgets and timelines, and actively engage with general contractors, property managers, and clients while identifying opportunities to grow planned maintenance contracts and drive revenue-all while serving as a key leader who keeps projects, people, and performance moving forward.
