Your Mission

Own the problem from intake to resolution while elevating system reliability and performance.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

• Commercial rooftop and split systems
• Refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, and more)
• Boilers and chillers
• Make-up air and exhaust systems
• Electrical, airflow, mechanical, and controls troubleshooting
• Preventive maintenance with an eye toward optimization

What You Bring

• Hands-on commercial HVAC/R service background
• Diagnostic mindset that finds root cause before recommending parts
• Fundamentals across refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and controls
• Professional workmanship and clear, concise communication
• Accountability—seeing each call through to completion
• Desire to continually sharpen your technical edge

Required & Preferred

• EPA certification (required); Universal EPA (strong plus)
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable, clean driving record
• NYC OSHA/SST (preferred)
