Your mission

• Own the full lifecycle: install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance and inspections to prevent downtime.
• Diagnose complex malfunctions using schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Follow all safety and environmental requirements on every task.
• Record each service visit with detailed notes and parts usage.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through clear, proactive communication.
• Partner with teammates to elevate service quality and efficiency.
• Continually learn and apply advances in HVAC/R technology.

What sets you up for success

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC/R certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of commercial install and service experience.
• Deep familiarity with HVAC/R systems, components, and tools.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Methodical problem solver with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Clean MVR and Background for high clearance locations.
• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.
• Independent self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
