What You'll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment

• Install and maintain commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, controls, and refrigeration issues

• Perform preventative maintenance and identify problems before they become major repairs

• Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls throughout the service area

• Complete accurate service documentation using company-provided technology

• Communicate findings, repairs, and recommendations professionally with customers

• Participate in the on-call rotation

• Continue developing your skills through company-paid training and education

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of hands-on HVAC/R experience preferred

• EPA Certification required

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and electrical fundamentals

• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

• Comfortable using mobile devices and service software for job documentation

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

• Willingness to travel throughout an approximately two-hour service area

• Dependable, coachable, and committed to quality workmanship

• Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Commercial HVAC/R experience is preferred

• NATE Certification is a plus

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
