What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC/R systems.

• Respond to emergency service calls and complete repairs efficiently.

• Accurately document service work using company technology.

• Participate in company-paid training and continuing education opportunities.

• Participate in the on-call rotation.

• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining MJ Mac Inc.'s professional standards.

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of HVAC/R experience preferred.

• Residential HVAC technicians looking to transition into commercial work are encouraged to apply.

• NATE Certification is a PLUS!

• Strong troubleshooting and electrical knowledge.

• Experience using mobile technology and service software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required).

• Strong documentation and computer skills.

• Ability to operate power tools safely.

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

• Dependable team player who works well with supervisors and coworkers.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Must pass a background check.

• Willingness to travel throughout our approximately two-hour service area.
