Commercial HVAC/R Technician

Experienced HVAC/R Technician with over 5 years of experience for a full-time position in the south Boston area needed. This role offers competitive pay based on experience, along with benefits.

About the Position:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC/R Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and hands-on experience with commercial, Industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment

- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems

- Install HVAC/R equipment and components as needed

- Communicate clearly with customers and team members

- Maintain accurate service records and work orders

- Follow all safety procedures and EPA regulations

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of HVAC/R experience

- EPA Certification required

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Experience with commercial refrigeration is a plus

- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
