Your day-to-day work will include:Troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems and equipmentDiagnosing electrical and mechanical issuesExplaining findings, repair options, and recommendations to customersDelivering professional and respectful customer serviceRecording service information accurately in company softwareRecognizing potential needs for maintenance plans, IAQ products, and equipment replacementKeeping your service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stockedWhat You BringAt least 3 years of HVAC service experienceEPA Universal CertificationValid driver's license and insurable driving historyStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilitiesSolid understanding of electrical systemsAbility to determine and explain repair-versus-replacement optionsComfortable reading wiring diagrams and schematicsAble to manage your workload independently and stay organizedAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Additional Experience We ValueExperience in any of the following is a plus:Commercial HVAC troubleshootingAir balancingScissor lift operationTrade school training or industry certificationsWorking across multiple HVAC system typesMentoring or assisting less-experienced techniciansHours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with some overtimeA Company Built for the Long TermWright Heating and Cooling has remained family-owned through four generations while continuing to evolve with the industry.
