Your New Role

  • Develop new commercial business opportunities within your assigned territory

  • Prospect, network, and generate qualified commercial sales leads

  • Promote commercial HVAC service agreements, maintenance programs, retrofit projects, and energy-efficiency solutions

  • Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and project scope

  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and solution recommendations

  • Manage an active sales pipeline using effective follow-up and account management practices

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial customers

  • Collaborate with internal operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction

  • Strong commercial HVAC sales experience with estimating knowledge

  • Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and energy-efficient solutions

  • Demonstrated success generating leads, developing business, and closing sales

  • Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships

  • Ability to work independently while managing an assigned territory

  • Experience preparing proposals, bids, or project estimates

  • Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and customer service skills

  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally

  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC maintenance, retrofit, and service solutions is preferred
