We are looking for a Service Sales Professional with a track record of developing new commercial HVAC, retrofit, and replacement business. You'll join a team providing full service HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, warranty work, controls upgrades,and planned maintenance agreements to healthcare, commercial, institutional, and industrial customers.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Prospecting and closing new commercial service clients
- Selling preventative maintenance, controls upgrades, retrofits, and equipment replacements
- Building and managing a pipeline of service contracts and lead gen opportunities
- Maintaining strong client engagement with facility managers and owners
- Coordinating with operations to ensure service delivery
Qualifications- Commercial HVAC or mechanical service sales experience
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strong professional presentation and CRM discipline
