Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ – East or West Valley
Pay: Up to $50/hour DOE
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Full-Time

We are currently hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians for positions throughout the Phoenix area. We are looking for skilled technicians with 5–10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience who can independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC components

• Service rooftop units, split systems, package units, air handlers, and related equipment

• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repairs

• Complete service documentation and communicate effectively with customers

• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

• Respond to emergency and priority service calls as needed

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Must be dependable and able to start ASAP

• Chiller experience is a strong plus
