The Opportunity:As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work with a variety of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and split systems.Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently.Install new HVAC systems and components as needed.Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions or inefficiencies.Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues and offering solutions.Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory usage.Adhere to company safety policies and industry regulations.QualificationsExperience: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician (commercial experience preferred).• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification is a plus.• Licenses/Certifications: EPA Certification (required); additional certifications (e.g., NATE) are a bonus.• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong communication and customer service skills.• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
