Pay & Schedule

• $28 – $35per hour (DOE)
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Occasional overtime based on workload

What You’ll Be Doing

• Service and install HVAC systems, including furnaces, condensing units, and heat pumps
• Set equipment and run line sets for new installations
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs in the field
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Communicate with team members and leadership on job progress
• Work on primarily commercial projects, with some residential as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of HVAC experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and installation
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
