$35–$42/hour + company truck + profit sharing

I’m hiring a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician for an established Charlotte team that has been recognized as a top workplace for multiple consecutive years. The work

You’ll diagnose, service, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment across the Charlotte market. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; work with customers to recommend solutions; and share your knowledge with less-experienced technicians.

Condenser water experience is essential. You need to have worked hands-on with condenser water systems at some point in your career. Experience with cooling towers, water-cooled chillers, pumps, and condenser water loops is especially valuable.

You’ll be a strong fit with 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, solid diagnostic skills, the ability to read schematics, and a professional approach with customers. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
