Position Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial systems.
Ideal candidates:
- Work confidently on their own
- Enjoy advanced troubleshooting
- Take pride in doing the job right
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Service boilers, chillers, RTUs, and refrigeration
- Perform maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Communicate with customers and team
- Complete accurate service documentation
- Mentor junior technicians when needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial HVAC experience (senior techs encouraged)
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Experience with large commercial systems preferred
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Primarily residential experience is not the right fit.
Work Environment
- Field-based commercial service
- Mechanical rooms, rooftops, commercial facilities
- Physical work: climbing, lifting, kneeling, all weather
Compensation & Benefits
- $45–$60+ per hour (based on experience)
- Overtime (1.5×, 2× holidays)
