Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance services
• Service RTUs, air handlers, VAV systems, and chilled water systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical components
• Interpret wiring diagrams and system schematics
• Maintain accurate service documentation through digital platforms
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and project teams
• Maintain tools, service equipment, and company vehicles
• Deliver professional customer service
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Qualifications

• 5-7 years commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA certification preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Experience servicing large commercial equipment
• Ability to use digital service reporting systems
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
